Correspondence about the book

I told the judge I was planning to do the book and he never responded or objected. Brian was also sent a copy of this, and he didn't respond, either.

This is about what is in the transcript and what is missing from it.

I asked the judge why it didn't matter that Brian didn't offer evidence to support his claims. I wanted him to explain his justifaction and rationalization for not requiring it. It was another area where I was just ignored.

I showed the judge evidence that Tim wasn't being truthful with me or with him, and it resulted in nothing. I was preparing to file a separate suit against Tim in Dakota County, but health reasons ended up not making that happen.

Brian wasn't being truthful when he told OLPR he couldn't give them the court transcript, so I wanted it documented in the court records and asked the judge to either tell Brian it was ok or to give it to OLPR himself. 

The rules of professional conduct didn't prohibit the judge from handing it over to OLPR. However, he made a choice to ignore the request.
